Ingredients

Pastry:

  • 130g Pastry Flour
  • 40g Icing Sugar
  • 2g Salt
  • 80g Unsalted Butter

Filling:

  • 125g DurianBB Musang King Puree
  • 100ml Fresh Milk
  • 25ml Water
  • 1 Whole Egg + 1 Egg Yolk
  • 30g Sugar
