How do I place my order?
You can choose any of the products and “Add to Cart”, then proceed to “Checkout” to enter your billing & shipping addresses. In order for us to process your order, you will need to complete the order with payment.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on durian availability, we will deliver within 1-2 days unless specified otherwise. You can also indicate your preferred delivery time and day upon Checkout. Our delivery time is between 3 pm – 6 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm.
Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes. You can choose to pick-up your order at our flagship store at:
462 Crawford Lane #01-65, 190462, Singapore.
All you need to do is to place your order and choose “Self Collection” at Checkout page.
How do I get free shipping on my order?
For delivery within Singapore, the flat rate is $10 for orders below $100.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders above $100.
What are your operation hours?
Our outlet is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 2pm to 10pm.
How long will the durians last?
If you are unable to finish the durian on the day of delivery, we encourage you in keep the durian pulps in the fridge for a maximum of five (5) days. If you choose to store in the freezer, the pulps can last for two (2) months.
